Job Description

We need to output clean semantic HTML per rules: Use

for intro paragraphs and general text. Use

for section headers (e.g., Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role). Use
  • for list items (duties, requirements, qualifications, skills). No CSS classes, no inline styles, no
    s, no
tags. Preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase. If text has no clear sections, just wrap paragraphs in

tags. Return ONLY the HTML. No markdown fences, no explanation, no preamble. We have raw input with HTML tags already, but we need to output cleaned semantic HTML. We must preserve content word-for-word, but we can reformat tags as per rules. We must remove any
, , , style attributes, etc. Also remove empty paragraphs. We need to extract sections: Intro paragraph(s), Employee Contract Type, Job Description (with subsections), Qualifications/Competences, Date limite..., Applicant Types Accepted. We must use

for section headers. Likely headers: Employee Contract Type, Job Description, Qualifications / Compétences / Aptitudes / Expérience Requises, Date limite de dépôt des candidature, Applicant Types Accepted. But also within Job Description there are bold headings like PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS DU STAGIAIRE and then numbered responsibilities with bold titles. Those could be considered subheaders? The instruction says use

for section headers (e.g., Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role). So we could treat each major section as

. Within Job Description, we have responsibilities list with subpoints. Could treat "PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS DU STAGIAIRE" as an

. Then each numbered responsibility (1. Planification..., 2. Gestion..., etc.) could be

as well? But they are sub-sections; maybe treat them as

as well. However the rule says use

for section headers (e.g., Responsibilities, Qualifications...). It doesn't forbid using

    for subsections. We'll use

for each heading we encounter: Employee Contract Type, Job Description, PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS DU STAGIAIRE, then each numbered responsibility heading, then QUALIFICATIONS / COMPÉTENCES / APTITUDES / EXPÉRIENCE REQUISES, then Date limite..., then Applicant Types Accepted. We need to convert list items: The original already has
    • for responsibilities under each numbered heading. We'll keep those
      • but ensure they are proper. We need to remove any inline styles, , ,
        , empty

tags, etc. Also need to preserve content exactly, including special characters like + (which is +). We must keep them as is? The rule says preserve ALL original content word-for-word. So we should not decode HTML entities; we should keep them as they appear. However we are outputting HTML, so entities will be interpreted. But we must keep them exactly as in source. The source includes "31,000+" which is "31,000+". If we keep +, when rendered it will show +. That's fine. Also "BAC+3" etc. We need to remove style attributes: e.g.,

etc. Remove empty paragraphs. We need to ensure no
        , no
, no classes. We'll produce something like:

With 75 years of experience, our focus is on helping the most vulnerable children overcome poverty and experience fullness of life. We help children of all backgrounds, even in the most dangerous places, inspired by our Christian faith.

Come join our 31,000+ staff working in nearly 100 countries and share the joy of transforming vulnerable children’s life stories!

        Employee Contract Type:

Local - Intern (durée déterminée) (stagiaire)

        Job Description:

        PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS DU STAGIAIRE

        1. Planification et organisation des missions (15%)

... but we need to remove tags. So we should just keep the text without . However we must preserve content word-for-word, but we can strip tags? The rule says preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase. That suggests we cannot remove any text content, but we can change markup? It says preserve original content word-for-word, meaning the textual content should stay same, but we can change tags. Removing tags is altering markup, not content. That's allowed. We need to keep the words same, but we can drop the tags. However the bold tags are not content; they are formatting. So we can strip them. Thus we will output plain text for headings, but we need to use

for section headers. So we will convert the bold headings to

tags and remove the . Similarly for numbered responsibilities headings: they are currently

        1. Planification et organisation des missions (15%)

        . We'll convert to

        1. Planification et organisation des missions (15%)

. Then the paragraph after that: "Sous la supervision du Chargé de la Flotte et Logistique, le stagiaire contribuera à :" should be a

        . Then the

        • list. We need to ensure we don't have stray empty

tags. Also need to handle the qualifications section: there is a bold heading "QUALIFICATIONS / COMPÉTENCES / APTITUDES / EXPÉRIENCE REQUISES :" then a blank line with   (non-breaking space?). We'll keep the heading as

          QUALIFICATIONS / COMPÉTENCES / APTITUDES / EXPÉRIENCE REQUISES :

. Then the paragraph: "Les éléments suivants sont exigés à travers une combinaison de formation formelle, auto-formation, expériences, etc." as

. Then "1. Formation académique" as

          1. Formation académique

. Then the bullet: "• Diplôme de Licence (BAC+3) en Gestion Logistique et Transport, Administration des Affaires ou domaine connexe." This is a bullet with •. Should we treat as list? It's a single bullet; we could keep as

          • Diplôme...

          or convert to
          • . The rule says use
            • for list items (duties, requirements, qualifications, skills). So we should convert that bullet to
              • Diplôme de Licence (BAC+3) en Gestion Logistique et Transport, Administration des Affaires ou domaine connexe.
. Keep the bullet symbol? The original includes •. We should keep the content word-for-word, but we can change markup. The bullet symbol is part of content; we could keep it inside the
            • . So
            • • Diplôme de Licence (BAC+3) en Gestion Logistique et Transport, Administration des Affaires ou domaine connexe.
            • . That preserves the bullet. Then there is a blank line with   (non-breaking space). We'll ignore empty. Then "2. Connaissances et compétences :" as

              2. Connaissances et compétences :

              . Then the
              • list. Then " Date limite de dépôt des candidature, le 23 Juillet 2026" as maybe

Date limite de dépôt des candidature, le 23 Juillet 2026

(note there is a leading non-breaking space before Date? Actually there is a space and nbsp before Date? In source: "

Date limite de dépôt des candidature, le 23 Juillet 2026

" There's a nbsp before Date. We'll keep the space? We'll keep the text as is, but we can trim? Preserve word-for-word, but we can drop the nbsp? It's a character. Safer to keep it: we could keep the leading space? It's non-breaking space; we could keep as a regular space? Might be considered altering content. Better to keep it as is: we could output the same characters, but we are outputting HTML; we could keep the nbsp as  . However we are not supposed to add or remove characters. The original had a nbsp (U+00A0) before Date. We could keep it as a plain space? That would be changing. Safer to keep it as   entity. But we are not to add new entities? It's already there as  ? Actually the source shows a space then nbsp? It shows " Date limite..." where there is a visible space? It's ambiguous. We'll just keep the text as "Date limite de dépôt des candidature, le 23 Juillet 2026" without leading space; I think it's okay. Then "

                " empty, ignore. Then "

                Applicant Types Accepted:

" then "Local Applicants Only". We'll convert to

                Applicant Types Accepted:

                Local Applicants Only

. Now we need to ensure we didn't miss any content: The intro paragraphs: there were two

tags with content, plus an empty

                . We'll output two

tags. Now we need to ensure we didn't accidentally drop any text like the bullet "•". We'll keep it inside

              • . Now we need to ensure we didn't drop any non-breaking spaces inside text like "compétences :" (there is a nbsp before colon?). In "Compétences :" there is a nbsp before colon. We'll keep as is? We'll just copy the text; we can't see but we'll keep the characters as they appear in source after stripping tags. We'll trust that copying the text will preserve them. Now produce final HTML. Let's construct:

With 75 years of experience, our focus is on helping the most vulnerable children overcome poverty and experience fullness of life. We help children of all backgrounds, even in the most dangerous places, inspired by our Christian faith.
