Senior Specialist - WISH 2 Clinical Support

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Specialist - WISH 2 Clinical Support to join our team in Dakar, Senegal. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical support to our WISH 2 program in Senegal.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to the WISH 2 program in Senegal
• Collaborate with the WISH 2 team to develop and implement clinical protocols and guidelines
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor program implementation and provide technical assistance
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, healthcare providers, and community leaders
• Provide training and capacity building to local healthcare providers and community leaders
• Conduct data collection and analysis to inform program decision-making

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. public health, medicine, nursing)
• At least 5 years of experience in a clinical or public health setting
• Strong knowledge of clinical protocols and guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in French and English

Qualifications

• Experience working in a low-resource setting
• Knowledge of Senegalese healthcare system
• Familiarity with WISH 2 program
